If your preferred dates are unavailable, please visit our profile to view our other available listings. 📍 GUEST VERIFICATION AND IMPORTANT PRE-STAY REQUIREMENTS To receive check-in instructions and access the property, guests must complete all required pre-stay steps before arrival. This includes either purchasing the non-refundable $40 Damage Protection Program, which covers accidental damage up to $150, or submitting a refundable $250 security deposit. To comply with legal requirements and property security standards, all guests are required to complete verification before their stay. This may include providing a recent selfie, a valid government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information with the on-site security team, signing a rental agreement, and completing verification through our secure guest portal—SuiteOp. In certain cases, additional screening may be required before access is approved. ℹ️ All information collected is used strictly for reservation screening, identity verification, legal compliance, and property protection purposes. It is not used for any unrelated purpose. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms: « You agree to follow all house rules and understand that fees may apply for any violations. « You understand that a valid government-issued ID may be required before check-in. « You understand that check-in instructions and property access may be withheld until verification is complete. « All guests are subject to verification checks. « Required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. « For same-day bookings, required information must be submitted within 1 hour of booking. « We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet our verification criteria. « We reserve the right to cancel or decline reservations from local guests. All guest names must be provided before arrival. The booking guest’s name must match the ID provided. If the names do not match, access may be denied, and the reservation may be canceled with no refund. 📍 ADDITIONAL NOTES For security purposes, surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways. A Minut device is installed inside the unit to monitor noise levels. 📍 PET POLICY Pets are welcome with a 25 lb weight limit. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may result in cancellation. A separate pet fee applies per pet and is separate from cleaning fees. Pet fees will be collected after check-out: - 1–4 nights: $25 per night, per pet - 5–29 nights: $200 per pet - 30+ nights: $300 per pet A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Only cats and dogs are permitted. Any undisclosed pets will incur doubled fees. 📍 FEES AND PAYMENTS In addition to your initial reservation costs, all fees for extra services, accommodation charges, and any other payments made during your stay are strictly non-refundable.
