This location was INCREDIBLE- it’s essentially directly above the mall which our entire crew needed to go to a mall so it was beyond perfect- the venue we worked at was two minutes away- easy parking with clear instructions- amazing for the price we got at- absolute 10 out of 10 We forgot a jacket in the closet and the staff immediately helped us - beautiful overall fully recommend

Great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. Would recommend and would stay again.

This was the perfect location for our stay. We also loved how it was connected to other places, and within walking distance to just about everything. There was great communication and clear instructions. We will definitely stay again if/when we travel to Cleveland.

My stay with Paramount was absolutely amazing, quick responses from host, very easy and clear instructions, security desk of the building also very helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself was pristine. Cleaned corner to corner and spacious.

This was my first disappointing stay with this host but I’m still giving 5 stars because I think my latest stay may have just been a fluke. The showers were cold and there was no remote and I was told to download an app that also didn’t work, so I was left without TV. But these are flaws that can be redeemed, unfortunately during my stay, I didn’t experience a perfect visit. I’ve stayed at their other properties and have had a 5 stay experience. Maybe this particular unit just needs some extra attention. If this review is recent during your hunt for a place in Cleveland.. maybe consider one of the hosts(Paramount) other units in the building

Paramount was great and responsive host. Had a slight issue at check in and was resolved within a minute. Great host would definitely use again. Clear check in and check out directions with video.

Booked this apartment last minute for a Cavs game. You can get to the stadium going through the Tower City tunnel so we didn’t even have to go outside to get there, which was great in the freezing weather. Apartment was clean and easy to find. Great location and nice stay overall.

If you remember, you’re staying downtown and prepare for parking etc. it is a great stay. It is public Square so there is lots of colorful behavior but if you remember that going in, accommodations are great.

We came in town so my daughter could cheer at a Cavs game. We rented the place last minute. We were very lucky to find it. It was within walking distance of the arena. The place was great, far beyond our expectations. We would love to come back sometime soon.
