this was my second time with them, and anytime from here on out when I have to go to Cleveland I will only book with Paramount.. there's nothing bad to say at all. and only way to describe them is THE BEST THERE IS IN CLEVELAND!!

We were pleasantly surprised by this last minute trip. The apartment is huge and located right at the center of the city. Walking distance to the science museum and aquarium. Same building as the mall and subway station. Such a great view of the city. Perfect place to stay.

My family and I spent a week at Paramount Suites while our house was being renovated. The stay was fantastic! A great getaway in the center of downtown. The building was safe and secure. The suite was immaculate! And the host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. It’s a great location and the suite is upscale! We loved it.

What a fantastic stay I had - the place was fabulous- modern clean and bright. Very comfortable stay . Would happily return. And Paramount are very pleasant to communicate with as well as being helpful and flexible.

The perfect place just like home can’t wait to book again so comfortable could use more pots and pans to cook with and more cups but everything else was perfect including the gym didn’t know bout the rooftop but hopefully next time I loved it overall and we had a ball didn’t even want to leave

Just to say that this place is in a fabulous location for accessing the theatre area but also for Downtown Cleveland. Very happy to recommend it and I’d love to return sometime. Paramount are very helpful and response time to messages is fast !

Our stay was very enjoyable, our family of 7 all fit comfortably. Lots of entertainment, dining, and sights all within walking distance. The unit was neat and tidy with a great views of the public square and Lake Erie.

Overall, this was a cool spot in Cleveland and served its purpose for the weekend. I booked it for a client, and the location and setup were solid. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. The only concerns were around privacy—there seemed to be monitoring of who was coming and going, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the hot water was not very functional during the stay. Aside from those issues, it was a decent experience.
